Pursol Solar Systems Commissions Dutko Worldwide as Public Affairs Advisor

As climate change initiatives spark further debate, leading advocacy firm chosen to elevate awareness of solar energy

San Diego, CA Pursol Solar Systems, a leading developer of sustainable energy solutions, today announced its selection of Dutko Worldwide as the company’s public affairs firm of choice. With the foundation of Pursol’s solar energy development firmly in place, Dutko will utilize its government relations and strategic business consulting expertise to inform public and private sector officials about the benefits of integrating solar energy into green policies.

“Pursol is excited to launch this relationship with Dutko Worldwide,” Vince Aguon, President and CEO of Pursol said. “Solar power has influenced architecture for centuries. Under the agreement, Dutko will provide business development and government affairs consultation in order to assist Pursol in building public-private partnerships in the green energy sector. Additionally, the advocacy firm will work with Pursol to identify and pursue clean-tech funding and incentives that are provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.

“Dutko is honored to represent Pursol as it pioneers a Main Street solar solution,” Mark Irion, Chief Executive Officer at Dutko Worldwide stated. “We look forward to working with this innovative organization, advocating on their behalf to incorporate solar power into an energy policy that is both fiscally and environmentally sustainable.”
