With over 20 years experience in the real estate industry, he has proven exceptional leadership performance. He has successfully closed more than $60 million in transactions, effectively managed projects and commercial property in excess of $2 million and 200,000 square feet of industrial space. By consistently identifying true talent, managing, and training the junior and sales representatives, he has become key in developing and establishing market presence within Southern California.

Ruben Barrett
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Barrett oversees the corporation’s financial activities including preparation of current financial reports as well as summaries and projections for future business growth and opportunities for expansion. Mr. Barrett holds a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics and the Applied Sciences. With prior financial experience in cutting approximately $1.1 million in expenses to utilizing current resources allowing million dollar cash flows to gain impressive interest, Mr. Barrett effectively analyzes and strategizes to further the advancement of the company growth. He has also served in the executive realm as a CEO, CFO, VP and co-owner. His eco-friendly company has been increasingly introduced worldwide and recognized by prominent national publications. He also concurrently serves on the Viejas Tribal Finance Committee, reviewing, analyzing, and working with budgets in excess of a $100 million dollars. His involvement with the latest markets and exposure to world-class developers and contributors has assisted in the rapid evolution of Pursol.

Jonald W. Castro
EVP & Chief Operations Officer

Mr. Castro oversees all operational and administrative aspects for the firm. Directs the development of the firm to ensure future growth, and is responsible for site projects, due diligence, short and long term financial and operational goals. Mr. Castro holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Management (BSBM) and has served as a project manager and senior analyst/consultant to the Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of the Navy (DoN) on behalf of a global technology and management consulting firm. Earlier in his career he successfully served in various operational and leadership roles with the U.S. Navy and the Submarine Warfare community for nine years. Recognized for numerous accomplishments, he capped off his naval career by receiving the Navy-Marine Corps Achievement Medal for his effective leadership, managerial ability, and in saving the Navy hundreds of thousands of dollars in unnecessary project costs. With expanding networks, he has the power to bring in top professionals, engineers and technicians of the technical industry to contribute to the expansion of Pursol.
